HubSpot has long been known as an amazing marketing resource, and another of its great tools is its CMS - or website Content Management System. You can build a responsive, SEO-friendly, easy to update website that links in with all of your marketing.
CMS Hub Starter is what's new.
Until now, CMS Hub was only available on the Professional and Enterprise tiers, making it a little out of reach for small, new, and growing businesses. Now, HubSpot have introduced a new Starter tier.
This means that businesses with smaller budgets will be able to access a website platform that prioritises security, ease of use, and the ability to tap into customer data.
The Starter tier is £19 per month (billed yearly, at a cost of £227). Or, you can get it as part of the Starter CRM Suite bundle, which gives you all of the Hubs at Starter tier - for £38 per month (billed yearly at £451).
For that you get:
On top of that, you get a super easy drag and drop editor - which means HubSpot CMS is perfect for businesses that don't have development resources available.
Most CMSs are built either for marketers or developers. The former have few (if any) tools for developers, while the latter makes it difficult for anyone other than a developer to make changes or additions.
The HubSpot CMS is designed to meet the needs of both groups. Developers have access to the tools and technologies they need, so they can develop themes, and they can hand over the site to the marketing team who can update it easily.
The editor, as we mentioned, is drag and drop, making it extremely quick and simple to get a good-looking page built and ready. And there are tonnes of templates for whole pages or specific modules available in the asset marketplace - including lots of free ones if you don't have a huge budget. So even if you don't have a developer, you can get a great site up and running.
One of the other key benefits of the HubSpot CMS is that it's linked to all of the other tools - at minimum, you'll have the free CRM as part of your bundle. That means that you can see a contact's history with you, including the pages they've looked at.
And you've got plenty of analytics to be able to inform your content strategy.
You get all the HubSpot free tools, of course. And then when it comes to the CMS, you get 15 pages for your website, along with...
If your website is over 15 pages, then the Starter CMS tier won't be suitable - you'd need Pro or Enterprise (which give 10,000 pages).
Starter also doesn't include dynamic content, customised traffic analytics, personalisation, content staging, video hosting, password protected pages, or A/B testing.
The Starter tier is designed to help businesses get a strong, secure, and easy to manage website, and the features it includes absolutely get you there, for a fantastic price.
We can help, or you can sign up direct with HubSpot. If you're new to HubSpot or website development, then we'd definitely recommend working with a HubSpot Partner to help get you up and running. With Starter tiers across the HubSpot ecosystem, you get limited access to the Support teams, whereas when you work with a Partner, you have a skilled and expert team available to you.
We've also built our website and other websites on HubSpot, so you know we've got the experience to get you where you need to be.
