After 19 incredible years as CEO, I have made the decision to transition to the position of Chief Innovation Officer (CINO). Through five years of coaching, I have gained valuable insights into my strengths, passions, and areas where I am excited to excel. It has become evident that my talents lie in fostering innovation and making a positive impact in the lives of others.
In my new role as CINO, I will be able to focus on maximising my areas of expertise, while minimising tasks that don't align with my core passions. I will now have the opportunity to channel my curiosity and passion for making a difference into driving innovation within SpiderGroup.
We are also thrilled to announce that Vicki will be stepping into the role of CEO. Vicki has been an integral part of SpiderGroup's success story, consistently demonstrating her exceptional leadership skills, operational acumen, and unwavering commitment to our clients and partners. Her strategic vision and dedication to excellence make her the perfect choice to lead SpiderGroup into a new era of growth and innovation. With her deep understanding of our values, goals, and the intricacies of our operations, Vicki is well-equipped to ensure continuity, stability, and continued success for our valued clients and partners.
